Open plan extension opens up property

Mr & Mrs Byles have lived in their property for 7 years from new, and always knew they wanted to extend for more family space.

Having seen the 3D visual options from CR Smith they opted for an open plan gable tiled sunroom extension.  In addition to a set of French doors, they have a large set of sliding patio doors on the gable end which really open up the living space into the garden.  

They selected anthracite grey on the outside to give a modern appearance to the extension, whilst the white inside keeps the room bright.  

The new extension has given them the space they wanted and the children love having the extra room to play in.  The family are delighted to be able to spend a lot more time together now that everyone can be in the same room whether cooking, dining, relaxing or playing.

Mr & Mrs Byles both agree that their new sunroom extension is:
