Eligible customers that make an appointment in store during a gift card promotion (such as Ikea or Morrisons), will receive a £20 gift card.

To qualify, the appointment must be made with the demonstrator on stand. Enquiries made through any other channel (phone, email, in-person, or general website) will not qualify for this gift card.

Appointments made in store must subsequently take place within seven days of the initial enquiry being made.

The gift card will be provided on completion of a design appointment and once a valid quote for Lorimer windows and doors has been issued, regardless of whether the customer proceeds with the purchase.

The gift card is only available on appointments for new Lorimer windows and doors and not FIX from CR Smith repairs.

Only one gift card per household will be issued per 24-month period.

The type of gift card cannot be changed nor can it be exchanged for cash.

The gift card does not need to be returned if an order is subsequently cancelled.

All gift cards are processed at the end of each month.

CR Smith reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this gift card promotion at any time without prior notice.
