All Lorimer products, parts and workmanship are covered for ten years. We never hesitate to replace or correct faulty parts of work, and our customer service team is on hand to respond promptly in the unlikely event that you have a problem with your windows.
2. Unique security guarantee
Lorimer gives you exceptional security. In fact we’re so sure of it we’ll replace any window or door fitted to a brick aperture should it fail allowing an unwanted intruder to get into your home. (This doesn’t apply to someone breaking the glass.)
3. Building regulations certificate
We guarantee that all our installations meet building regulations at the time of installation. This includes energy conservation, use as a fire escape, safe cleaning, safety glass, ventilation, and permissions and warrants.

The CR Smith emergency call-out service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. We’re there for urgent problems like security risks or flooding, and less dramatic situations, like when you’ve been locked out (or in).
