Energy A-rated as standard
Every window in our range carries an A energy rating, exceeding Scottish Building Regulations — with U-values as low as 1.2 in double glazing.
The quality and performance of the product is very good, which has been reflected by our internal teams, managers and more importantly, our residents.
Scottish local authorities and housing associations are facing a challenging window of opportunity. The Scottish Government’s EPC-B standard for all social housing by 2032 requires a sustained and well-managed investment programme. Inefficient windows and doors are consistently among the biggest sources of heat loss in residential properties.
