Built for the demands of social housing.

Scottish local authorities and housing associations are facing a challenging window of opportunity. The Scottish Government’s EPC-B standard for all social housing by 2032 requires a sustained and well-managed investment programme. Inefficient windows and doors are consistently among the biggest sources of heat loss in residential properties.

  • Fabric-first. Address the building envelope before turning to heating systems.

  • Cost-effective. The most efficient route to lasting energy performance.

  • Proven delivery. Decades of experience improving Scottish homes at scale.

Our commitment to sustainability goes beyond the product. We have an ongoing multi-million-pound investment in our Fife manufacturing facility, reducing waste and improving energy efficiency across our production processes.
