The couple were given a number of different 3D visual options and a book of designs that allowed them to plan everything from the position of the windows to where the tv would sit. We applied for and obtained all the required planning permissions and because we use our own trades people, the build from beginning to end was done both professionally and courteously.

CR Smith exceeded all expectations – and so has Mr Duckworth and Mr McNally’s sunroom. “I definitely spend 80 to 90% of my time in here. It’s a really versatile room. We’ve had it set up as a lounge and as a dining space. In the winter it’s really warm and in the summer it’s got the sun from every angle.”
