TimberLuxe Door Giveaway.

1. The free TimberLuxe door competition starts on 8^th April and will close on 30^th June 2024. Entries received after midnight on the 30^th June 2024 will not be entered into our prize draw.
2. The competition is open to Scotland residents who are over 18 years of age only.
3. Entrance to the competition must be made via our typeform. For additional entries, follow us on Instagram, Facebook and YouTube.
4. No employees, their families or agencies of CR Smith are eligible to apply.
5. No purchase is necessary to apply.
6. CR Smith has the right to withdraw the offer at any time without prior notice.
7. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her/their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
8. CR Smith reserves the right to cancel the competition or amend these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside the promoter’s control. Any changes will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by CR Smith.
9. CR Smith is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied by any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
10. The selection process is as follows: The winner of a single door, with a lever handle and clear or obscure glass, up to the value of £2,500 with CR Smith will be chosen at random from the participants.
11. For any participant who wants to add features such as decorative glass, upgraded handles or side screens and fanlights, these will be payable to CR Smith and are not included in the competition.
12. The decision will be final and no further correspondence about the decision will be entered into.
13. The competition winner will be notified on 2^nd July via phone or email. If the winning participant cannot be contacted or does not reply within 5 working days, CR Smith reserves the right to select an alternative shortlisted applicant.
14. The winner of our competition will also be announced on our social platforms.
15. Once we have heard back from the winner, we will arrange with you for one of our surveyors to attend your home and get all the correct measurements taken for your prize.
16. The prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferrable.
17. For any of our existing customers who enter this competition and have purchased a TimberLuxe door after entering the competition in April, May or June, the value of the door will be refunded up to the value of the prize – £2,500.
