The original windows were 25 years old. Mr and Mrs Henderson previously had a bad experience having windows fitted but they were delighted with the whole process from CR Smith. Everyone involved from the initial sales representative to the joiners were ‘a credit to the company’.
They had all their windows and doors changed to CR Smith Lorimer products – white PVCu windows, front door, back door and French doors. They selected stunning full oak internal timber finishes and they were impressed by the craftsmanship of the joiners.
They described the CR Smith workmen as: ‘people you would welcome into your home and feel comfortable with’.
They love their ‘beautiful’ new CR Smith windows and doors.

We opted for the solid oak sills and the finish on them, I mean we are so pleased they are beautiful actually, really beautiful.
I mean you had the confidence right away with John and Sandy. I actually want to keep them. I did. They were so good, so tidy. Before you knew it spotless. So they were really good. And as they worked away through the different rooms, everything was spotless. It was the craftsmanship, you don’t get that now.
Delighted with the whole process of CR Smith. I would highly recommended them. Very professional, friendly people that you would welcome in to you home and feel comfortable with.
