The old windows were approximately 35 years old and in poor condition. They made the decision to undertake some home improvements rather than moving and the windows were the first priority.
They knew of CR Smith’s reputation. Mrs Gudgeon’s mother had a door and windows from CR Smith and so they knew that the products were high quality.
They had intended to get a few quotes but they were so pleased with the quote they received from CR Smith and with the finance options that they did not get other quotes. Mrs Gudgeon said ‘we were so impressed with what we were offered’ that they decided to go ahead.
The look of the windows is ‘much nicer… they enhance the rooms’. They like being able to lock the windows in a slightly open position for ventilation.
Mr & Mrs Gudgeon are thrilled with their new windows, especially with the full Oak surrounds which really enhance the inside of their home.
Quite simply ‘they look good!’.
