Apprenticeship

Apprenticeships are a great way to start your career as they provide the opportunity to learn while you earn. CR Smith offer a unique joinery apprenticeship in partnership with Fife College to help individuals develop their skills and knoweldge within the home improvement industry.

Taking on apprentices has always been important to our business. There are currently 34 apprentices across CR Smith, including people straight out of school and those looking to retrain.

CR Smith has welcomed 12 new trade apprentices since September, as the home improvements company continues to invest in the skills that underpin its success.

CR Smith has long been committed to training new joiners, supporting apprentices of all ages, as standards of workmanship are extremely important. CR Smith has been fitting replacement windows, doors and extending homes for almost 50 years.

CR Smith and Fife College have joined forces to create a brand new, fast-track training scheme for would-be joiners to help address the growing demand for trade skills.
