Lorimer Sunroom Extension, Biggar, South Lanarkshire
The Steele’s of Biggar wanted to create another family space in their home – whilst also creating a linking area from their house to the garage. Thinking ahead to convert the loft in the garage for their growing sons, the couple needed to form a link between the two buildings for it all to feel like a family home. Knowing their job would be an unusual request, the Steele’s thought they might have to find and pay for an architect, contractors and a project manager.
They were so pleased to have found CR Smith when they realised they could have architect-style service, without the hassle or cost. “The sales rep couldn’t have been more helpful and creative” The Steele’s wanted to see all of their options before making their decision and so the 3D visuals they received put what they truly wanted into clearer focus. What has resulted is a beautiful gable front, fully vaulted tiled sunroom.
To make sure your living space is as beautiful as you imagined it to be, we created our unique 360º design service. From a simple photograph of your home, we’ll create an incredibly realistic 3D model and a 360º Virtual Reality walk around, so you can experience your new space before it’s built.
Found on the edge of the northern edge of the Southern Uplands, Biggar is a historic market town and former royal burgh. The town has maintained its medieval layout and the main street is still lined with centuries-old houses, small, independent shops and award-winning grocer and fish and chip shop.
Biggar Kirk is thought to date back to the 16th century but the town also has a number of restaurants and cafes as Biggar blends its rich history with contemporary living and eating.
