1. Eligibility

1.1 Proof of current employment must be provided at the time of appointment. Acceptable forms of proof include:

• Valid employee ID card
• Redacted payslip
• Letter from employer on company letterhead confirming employment

1.2 The discount is available for personal use only and cannot be used for commercial purposes or for resale.

2. How to access the discount

2.1 Initial enquiries must be made exclusively through the official employee discount web link, as detailed on your intranet.

2.2 Enquiries made through any other channel (phone, email, in-person, or general website) will not qualify for this employee discount scheme.

3. Discount terms

3.1 Eligible employees will receive an extra 10% discount in addition to our advertised monthly sale offers.

3.2 The 10% discount applies to Lorimer windows and doors, as well as our FIX from CR Smith repair service. Any additional products or services may be subject to different terms.

4. Finance offer

4.1 Eligible employees can use 0% interest-free credit for up to three (3) years with no deposit is required (standard terms normally require a 10% deposit for IFC).

4.2 Longer interest free terms are available but are subject to a deposit. Buy now pay later options are also available.

4.3 Finance is only available for new Lorimer windows and doors and not FIX from CR Smith repairs.

4.4 The finance offer is subject to credit approval and status. CR Smith works with finance partners who will conduct appropriate credit checks.

4.5 Applicants must be 18 years or over and a UK resident.

4.6 Standard finance terms and conditions apply. Full finance terms will be provided at the point of application.

5. Quote incentive

5.1 As a thank you, when you obtain a quote through the employee discount scheme for Lorimer windows and doors, eligible employees will receive a £25 gift card. The gift card will change from month to month and is selected at the discretion of CR Smith.

5.2 The gift card will be provided on completion of a design appointment and once a valid quote for Lorimer windows and doors has been issued, regardless of whether the customer proceeds with the purchase.

5.3 The gift card is only available on appointments for new Lorimer windows and doors and not FIX from CR Smith repairs.

5.4 Only one gift card per household will be issued per 24-month period.

6. General terms

6.1 This offer can be used in conjunction with our advertised monthly sale offers. It cannot be used in conjunction with any additional CR Smith promotions, such as NHS.

6.2 CR Smith reserves the right to verify employment status at any time during the enquiry and sales process.

6.3 CR Smith reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this employee discount scheme at any time without prior notice.

6.4 These terms and conditions are subject to change. The version applicable will be the one in force at the time of your enquiry.

6.5 Employees must comply with their own employer’s policies regarding the acceptance of discounts and benefits.

6.6 This discount scheme does not form part of any employment contract and confers no employment rights.

7. Exclusions

7.1 The following are excluded from the employee discount scheme:

• Commercial or business orders
• Orders placed on behalf of third parties

7.2.1 CR Smith reserves the right to exclude certain product lines or services from the discount scheme at its discretion.

8. Cancellations and returns

8.1 Standard CR Smith cancellation policy applies to all orders placed under the employee discount scheme.

8.2 The £25 gift card does not need to be returned if an order is subsequently cancelled.

9. Data protection

9.1 Personal information provided will be processed in accordance with the CR Smith Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation.

9.2 By participating in this scheme, employees consent to CR Smith verifying their employment status with their employer where necessary.
