CR Smith partnership with Fife Housing Group
Fife Housing Group, one of the largest independent housing associations in the east of Scotland, manages approximately 2,500 properties across Fife. As part of its commitment to improving energy efficiency and tenant comfort, the Group has partnered with CR Smith to deliver a phased window and door replacement programme.
“CR Smith have carried out our window and door replacement programme for two years. In that time the quality of the materials and the quality of the workmanship has been first class. In large scale projects, issues will arise and problems will come up but the supervision and project team at CR Smith work extremely hard and closely with us to resolve issues at source and always put our customers first.
It also gives us great comfort that CR Smith are a local company in Fife and a valued local supplier, sustaining local employment and playing a part in the circular economy keeping our business local. We also have our window maintenance through them. Great work has continually been delivered over this past two terms and we look forward to continuing our relationship with them “.
