He was polite, professional and very helpful – and didn’t even mind coming back the next day as I had changed my mind about the door! I needed new windows, as the double glazing in most windows had blown with condensation between the panes. I also required a new front door and surround. I live in Sutherland and there are quite a few companies installing new windows for my area. We contacted C R Smith through their agent at B&Q Elgin as we wished to replace two single glazed very tired and dingy french doors for something more appealing and efficient. The assessor was round within a couple of days and gave us an acceptable quote. A week later, we decided to replace an ill fitting, old fashioned double back door. Both jobs were done on the same day a few weeks later. The installers were polite and efficient and left the place tidy after a mornings work and we now have smart and efficient doors which are a pleasure to operate and admire. Had to call a service engineer to make a minor adjustment to the back door a few weeks later after some settlement and he checked both doors while he was here. We are very pleased with our purchase.
