Cut outs in windows for extractor fans
If you need extra ventilation, our expert FIX tradesmen can replace the existing glass sealed unit pre-cut with the correct diameter hole so an extractor fan can be fitted.
Cat and dog flaps with electronic tags
A lockable cat or dog flap can be installed to your door using an electronic tag, which is attached to your pet’s collar. This collar then unlocks the entrance for only your pet, rather than unwanted animals or intruders.
Textured glass
CR Smith FIX can supply and fit any single panes and double glazed units from the full range of Pilkington textured glass. Homeowners may choose textured glass for privacy, style or even to allow more light into internal rooms.
There are 18 different designs to choose from, as well as the premium range of etched glass. From classic to contemporary, no one offers a bigger choice of patterns.
Tinted, toughened & laminated glass
An extensive selection of different glass products are available in single pane or double glazed units. Including a range of tinted and bronze glass, as well as toughened (safety) and laminated (security) panes in a variety of thickness to suit your individual needs.
Please note there is usually an extended lead-time on these products, as they often require a different manufacturing process from normal glass
