We contacted C R Smith through their agent at B&Q Elgin as we wished to replace two single glazed very tired and dingy french doors for something more appealing and efficient. The assessor was round within a couple of days and gave us an acceptable quote. A week later, we decided to replace an ill fitting, old fashioned double back door. Both jobs were done on the same day a few weeks later. The installers were polite and efficient and left the place tidy after a mornings work and we now have smart and efficient doors which are a pleasure to operate and admire. Had to call a service engineer to make a minor adjustment to the back door a few weeks later after some settlement and he checked both doors while he was here. We are very pleased with our purchase. The quality of the workmanship and service was excellent and we have no hesitation in recommending CR Smith to others.
