The 365 Sunroom
Replace your old glass or polycarbonate roof with a new, lightweight, composite roof. Available in various colours, the new roof will give your home an impressive modern look.
Every Lorimer 365 Sunroom will come complete with replacement Energy A-rated Lorimer windows and doors, transforming the appearance and usability of your living space.
Thermal Efficiency
The Lorimer 365 Sunroom features a high performance insulated roof system, keeping warm air out in the summer and preventing the heat escaping in the winter thus saving the amount of heat energy required to keep a room at an ambient temperature.
The fully vaulted ceiling maximises internal space allowing for pendant lights to be fitted. Intergrated directional downlighters can also be installed.
Your upgraded living space includes all of the specification you’d expect from CR Smith, finished internally by our professional decorators.
Roof Finishes
With CR Smith, you can choose from a range of lightweight, modern tiles or a slate effect roof finishes.
Our composite slate range is available in a choice of 5 natural colours, providing you the opportunity to add texture and style to your new roof. The modern tiles are made from lightweight, high-grade steel with Aluzinc® coating for incredible strength and resistance. It is also available in 5 different colours to match or complement practically any home.
We can even fit windows into the roof to make the most of the natural light.

See and explore your new Sunroom before we build it. We’ll create a fully immersive, 3D digital model, using the photographs we take when we visit to survey your home. Choose finishes and details and we’ll add them to the model. To get an idea of how it works, explore the examples here.
Flooring. Tiles or timber?
With CR Smith, you can choose from a wide range of tiled and timber floors for your Conservatory, Orangerie or Sunroom. The main distinction is between timber and tiles, but there’s plenty of choice with each.
Our engineered hardwood floors add a touch of luxury to any space. Made from 18mm-thick
cross-ply timber with a beautiful solid hardwood skin, our engineered floors can have a hand distressed, lacquered or oiled finish to suit your room.
We have partnered with leading tile manufacturer Porcelanosa to offer a stunning range of luxury tiles for your living space floor.
