Aboyne – Conservatories
In the crisp, fresh air with views across the heathery moors and mountainous landscapes lays the charming village of Aboyne. Situated on the edge of the Highlands in Aberdeenshire, Scotland, on the River Dee, approximately 26 miles west of Aberdeen. The village is home to the oldest 18 hole Golf course on Royal Deeside. Aboyne Castle and the Loch of Aboyne are also nearby and popular attractions.
People spend years perfecting their home and when they get it just right, they tend to be nervous about making big changes. It’s understandable then that to some, the prospect of having building work done can be a very nervy time. That’s why at CR Smith we make it our mission to make the building process, big or small, as stress-free as possible.
Having perfected their home over years, Mr and Mrs Mitchell of Aboyne were relieved to see just how careful our team were every step of the way – even taking our shoes off when we made our first consultation visit. And as construction got underway, they couple was kept up to date at every opportunity.
More than just being delighted by the attentiveness of the team, Mrs Mitchell was astounded by how seamlessly the new tiled sunroom blends with the rest of the house. With tiled flooring, a tiled roof and dwarf walls that match the house perfectly, it’s almost impossible to tell new from old.
Before speaking to CR Smith the idea of having building work done worried me slightly. After talking to them, I couldn’t be more at ease. She now has a gorgeous space in which to relax. Mrs Mitchell said, “I love spending time in there, it’s so light. Over winter there’s nothing I like more than to watch the snowfall from the warmth and comfort of the sunroom.”
And it looks like the sunroom has some other admirers too: “My neighbours from across the road have recently finished construction on their own CR Smith conservatory. I’ve yet to see it, but I know I like their style already.”
Another alternative to our traditional conservatories and orangeries is the tiled sunroom. Integrating seamlessly with your house, we can build your sunroom with or without interconnecting doors – so it can extend an existing living space, or form a brand new room.
