This rosewood Orangerie is a perfect addition to this Aberdeenshire home and is now considered the “heart of the house”

Mr and Mrs Baldwin had an unused courtyard and decided that an Orangerie would be the perfect addition to modernise their courtyard and make great use of their space.

The Orangerie has increased the living space within the house for the Baldwins and Mr Baldwin said ‘it has become the heart of the house.’

The couple chose rosewood for the external finishing of the Orangerie to align with the look of the rest of the property and white inside to create a light and bright space. The Orangerie included a range of new CR Smith lorimer windows and French doors leading to the garden.
