Mr & Mrs McDowall - Edinburgh

As an architect, Mr McDowall had very particular standards for his work and now that he’s retired, this is even more the case… especially since the project in question is his own home. With that said, and already aware of CR Smith’s stellar reputation, Mr McDowall contacted CR Smith. Mr McDowall said, “The whole team was great and we were particularly fond of our salesman, Howard”.

The space is so perfect that we don’t use the living room any more!

Having raised an initial question about the existing guttering of the house and how it would work with the new conservatory, Mr McDowall was inspired by our proposed solution. A few sketches from our drawing department and hey presto – one bespoke designed guttering system later and the McDowalls’ confidence was cemented: “I was so impressed by the whole operation, it was an intricate build and the end product is perfect. I couldn’t have designed it better myself”
