Take Mr and Mrs Marwick, having lived in their property for over 30 years they were keen to freshen up their home by creating a new space. Mrs Marwick liked the idea of a conservatory to allow more light in to the property. Mr Marwick was certain he wanted to invest in a traditional extension. Problem.

At first they got some quotes from an architect, then a friend suggested they call CR Smith and ask us for advice. They were over the moon to hear that we could help and that we knew exactly where to start – our FREE 3D design service!

Our architectural technicians are experts at listening to customer requests and coming up with the perfect solution, which in this case, was a Tiled Sunroom. This provided all the light Mrs Marwick wanted from her conservatory along with the look and feel Mr Marwick wanted from an extension.
