Mr & Mrs Gauld

You know that old chestnut – a problem shared is a problem halved. Well, the Gauld family had a very particular problem that we were more than happy to lend our ear to.

Their plan was to extend the family home, but their house had low bedroom windows and it was dubious whether a conservatory was possible within current Building Regulations.

So, the Gaulds gave CR Smith a call. Our mission was to find a solution, and we chose to accept it. Cue Tom Cruise grappling down from the ceiling to save the day… well not quite, but we did send round our design team.

Now our talents don’t stretch to providing eternal sunshine, but the Gaulds do have a lovely bright room to read, relax and enjoy their surroundings in all year round. In fact, they love their new conservatory so much that they’ve decided to turn their existing living room into a dining room.

Mission accomplished.
