The Lorimer Skyroom

For the ultimate in modern design the Lorimer SkyRoom is ideal for new dinning rooms, board rooms, lounges or even swimming pools. Available in a range of sizes, the SkyRoom incorporates a steel frame for strength and a bespoke warm deck.

To maximise energy performance any combination of our double or triple glazed window systems can be integrated. The roof can be fitted with multiple glazed lanterns, manufactured from thermally broken aluminium and glazed with solar control and self-cleaning SmartGlassTM units.

The Hybrid Sunroom

Our bespoke sunrooms are designed to fit perfectly with the architectural lines of your property. Using a discrete steel frame, large windows are possible, providing panoramic view rather than solid wall structures. The roof structure and windows are so highly insulated, CR Smith can cut out the existing adjoining wall and create an open plan space.

There are a variety of different options available for the internal finish including marble, tiles, engineered timber flooring, hardwood sills, integrated audio systems and lighting designs, all giving you the exact space you want.

For a more classic addition to your hotel, guesthouse or even office, a fully glazed conservatory or orangerie is the way forward. Our designers will work with you to create a stunning and stylish space, based on our Lorimer double or triple glazed windows and slim aluminium roof.
