CR Smith has a new opportunity for a Recruitment Manager, working primarily with candidates for Sales & Marketing roles.
This role will involve:
Suitable candidates must have previous experience in recruitment, excellent administration and organisational skills, plus the ability to work on their own initiative. In addition, strong communication skills and a friendly and welcoming personality are essential. A driving licence is also required as the role will involve meeting candidates at various locations.
In addition to an excellent basic salary, a bonus will be paid for hitting recruitment targets, giving the successful candidate the opportunity to earn in excess of £30k.
