What happens next?

Here's how it works.

Once you sign your contract, it is sent to our Head Office, where it is input into our computer system and an appointment is made for one of our measurement surveyors to visit you at home.
During our measurement surveyor's visit, not only does he take accurate measurements that will be used to manufacture your product, but he will ensure that the windows you have selected are the most suitable for your home. He will also deal with any queries you may have, especially regarding Planning Permissions or Building Control issues.
Once both you and our surveyor have agreed the final specification, your contract will be returned to our Head Office where our administrators will process the contract.
If any permissions are required, our team of architectural technicians will prepare and submit the relevant applications for any necessary statutory consent.
If no permissions are required, or when permissions have been received, our planners will contact you to agree a suitable installation date.

Throughout this process, you will be kept informed about the progress of your contract.
