If you have a Tilt and Turn window and you have managed to Tilt and Turn it at the same time, you can return the window to the correct position by following the instructions below:
Step 1:
Before window can be returned to the correct mode, the opening sash must be vertical. This can be done by applying pressure to the top and bottom corners or the hinge side
Step 2:
With opener now in vertical position push top of ‘S’ shaped spring towards handle and keep held. (This will neutralise gearing) Move handle upwards to vertical position and release spring clip, the window is now in opening mode.
Step 3:
Close window and bring handle down to closed position i.e. past horizontal position and facing downwards.
