To ensure that we exceed your expectations CR Smith only use highly skilled and qualified tradesmen, including joiners, builders, painters and plasterers. They are employed exclusively by CR Smith, and because we offer them continuity of work, we can employ the very best people, many of whom have been with us for 15 years or more. They operate to very high standards of workmanship, health & safety and customer care, and understand the importance of treating you, your family and your home with the respect you deserve.

Many of the benefits you will enjoy with new Lorimer windows, doors or conservatory cannot be easily seen when the job is complete. However, our joiners and builders are required to sign off every job to prove that they have completed the installation thoroughly to our exacting standards including detailed photographs or concealed work. At CR Smith we know all the ways in which other people will cut corners. But we will never take short-cuts.

We appreciate that windows and doors form part of the fabric of our customers’ homes and that, in order to last long past their guarantee, they must be right from the outset. Our joiners receive ongoing regular training and our Installation Managers also carry out spot checks so that we can be sure we have done our best for you.
