I love my CR Smith windows because they look great, have considerably improved the appearance of our house and are very efficient.

They were hard working, well organised, polite and professional. We have used the company for our doors and windows and have always found the quality and standard of workmanship to be excellent.

They arrived on time - in fact earlier than advised - and worked like Trojans till they were finished which was much quicker than we had expected. They were very considerate towards ourselves (both OAP's) as it was an extremely cold day and there was really no clearing up for us to do either inside or outside as they tidied it all up before they left. I just wish we had come to you long ago.

We contacted CR Smith back in November 2010, to quote for 5 large windows in our flat in Edinburgh. The quote was extremely well priced and placed CR Smith ahead of the other quotes we received.

Our installation went ahead with no glitches or problems. The installation team were excellent, very friendly and worked the whole day without a break. They cleaned not only our home, but also the common stair and the entrance to our block too.

We had two issues and less than a week after the installation they had both been remedied.

We are extremely happy with our new windows and wish you and your team every success in the future.  

We just wanted to say how pleased we are with our conservatory. We were amazed that the building started within three days of planning permission being granted.

... All the builders, the electrician, plumber and tiller that we met were lovely, very polite and very tidy – taking all their rubbish away and tidying up every day – as did the few men that we didn’t meet and just came in when we were at work and did what had to be done.

The completed conservatory looks amazing and everyone that has seen it so far has been very impressed with the speed at which it was built and the quality of the fittings and finishings.
