The Lorimer 365 Sunroom features a high-performance insulated roof system, keeping warm air out in the summer and preventing the heat escaping in the winter thus saving the amount of heat energy required to keep a room at an ambient temperature.
The fully vaulted ceiling maximises internal space allowing for pendant lights to be fitted. Integrated directional downlighters can also be installed.

With CR Smith, you can choose from a range of lightweight, modern tiles or a slate effect roof finishes.
Our composite slate range is available in a choice of 5 natural colours, providing you the opportunity to add texture and style to your new roof. The modern tiles are made from lightweight, high-grade steel with Aluzinc® coating for incredible strength and resistance. It is also available in 5 different colours to match or complement practically any home.
We can even fit windows into the roof to make the most of the natural light.
Flooring.
Our engineered hardwood floors have a touch of luxury to any space. Made from 18mm thick cross-ply timber with a beautiful sold hardwood skin, our engineered floors can have a lacquered or oiled finish to suit your room.
