Hand Picked Scotland is a youth employability initiative founded by CR Smith Chairman, Gerard Eadie CBE. It inspires confidence in young people and in businesses across Scotland by actively encouraging the employment of young people who find themselves unemployed.
Due to the continued success of Hand Picked we are looking to recruit a Project Co-ordinator to deliver the project across the central belt. The role is varied and requires someone with previous employability experience and business acumen.
You will be responsible for:
To be successful in this role you should be an exceptional communicator, be highly motivated and have the ability to inspire others.
The ideal candidate must be of degree calibre and have previous experience of working with young people in an employability setting. In addition, you should also have previous business development and account management experience. A driving licence is essential for this position.
